I class Fantasy as anything set in a Fantasy World. Unlike Comics set in the real world which we already know a lot about, Fantasy Comics need to educate us about a whole new world. How well they set it up and get it across can be crucial to their success. | ||
Magical x MiracleAh, Shojo Manga. If the lead heroine got captured in any other genre, there'd most likely be a lot of fighting as her friends attempted to rescue her. Here, all that happens is the reader get a long monologue on how she is feeling. Posted Wednesday 12th August 2009 by Crazy Choco

Shoulder a Coffin KuroThe title of this Manga seems an odd contrast: A coffin is a dark and somber object, but to carry one around is a bit silly. But in a way this does do the series some justice; Shoulder a Coffin Kuro frequently switches between lighthearted and dark stories. Posted Sunday 5th December 2010 by Crazy Choco
